30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.
How to Request a Return Email us at info@gbtplatform.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items

- Items showing signs of wear or washing
- Items returned after 30 days
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos at info@gbtplatform.com — we'll replace or refund at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the order may already be in processing.
